A Capus Mantenimiento project documenting cleaning and maintenance work on the roof of a residential apartment block. The intervention included visual review of the roof area, documentation of accumulated debris and obstructing elements, cleaning of affected sections, and final review of the roof surface and drainage points.
The roof area was left in a cleaner and more serviceable condition, improving the presentation of the covered area and supporting ongoing building maintenance.
